The Administrative Assistant answers the phone, greets walk-in traffic to City Hall, accepts water payments, refers citizens' concerns to appropriate departments, and performs many other responsibilities.
The City Administrator serves the City of Dyersville as a liaison between the City Council and the City staff and represents the needs of both as related to community citizens and community issues.
