Deputy Clerk

Duties


  • Works with municipal utility billings
  • Maintains records
  • Compiles lists of past-due accounts and sends notices
  • Accepts payments from customers
  • Answers phone and in-person inquiries
  • Attends Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Adjustment meetings
  • Assists the City Clerk with billings, warrants, accounts payable and receivable
  • Performs the functions of the City Clerk in her absence
