Ward 1 (Dubuque County Residents)  Voters in Dyersville will vote at the New Vienna City Hall, 1951 Church St, New Vienna for this election.

Ward 1 (Delaware County Residents) Voters in Dyersville will vote at the Earlville Civic Center, 120 Northern Avenue, Earlville for this election.

Ward 2 and Ward 3 Voters in Dyersville will vote at the Dyersville Social Center, 625 3rd Avenue SE for this election.

To vote absentee by mail, you must complete a request form. You may contact the Dubuque Auditor’s Office to request a form be sent to you. To be sent an absentee ballot by mail, the Dubuque Auditor’s Office must receive your Absentee Ballot Request form by 5:00 pm on Monday, October 20, 2025 (15 days before the Election).

In-person absentee voting is available in the Dubuque Auditor’s Office and for most elections at the Election's Annex during regular business hours (8:00 am - 4:30 pm). 

Absentee voting in-person starts on Wednesday, October 15 (20-days before the election). The deadline for in-person absentee is 5:00 pm on the Monday, November 3, 2025.

Absentee voting begins Wednesday, October 18, 2023. To request an absentee ballot, you may either pick up a request form or complete this form and submit it to the Delaware County Auditor's Office (301 E. Main Street, Manchester, IA 52057). The last day to request an absentee ballot by mail is Monday, October 20, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. 

In-person absentee voting is available at the Delaware County Auditor's Office during regular business hours (8:00 am - 4:30 pm) beginning Wednesday, October 15, 2025. 

In-person absentee voting is available at the Delaware County Auditor's Office thru 5:00 pm on Monday, November 3, 2025.

Eligibility

In order to hold office in the city, a candidate must be an eligible elector, meeting the same qualifications required to vote and be a resident of the city. Nomination papers may be picked up at the City Clerk's Office.

Nominees must be obtained at least 25 signatures. Candidate filing begins on Monday, August 26 and ends with papers due at City Clerk's Office, 340 1st Avenue E, by 5:00 p.m. Thursday, September 18, 2025.
