The City of Dyersville will be closing the Memorial Building, Social Center and Library to public access through at least June 1 along with all playground equipment and basketball courts to reduce the serious and potential threat of COVID-19. Q: Will sport registration participants be able to get refunds if program(s) are cancelled due to COVID-19?

A: Yes, refunds will be issued for fees collected to participants ActiveNet account for all activities if the season/event is cancelled including late fees. The processing fee for paying online with a credit card is non-refundable.

Q: Is the disc golf course at Westside Park still open?

A: Yes, disc golf will remain open at this time

Q: When will swimming lesson registration be held?

A: The earliest swimming lesson registration will take place is Monday, May 18 / Friday, May 22 so the City has time to evaluate the COVID-19 situation and if the Aquatic Center will be opening for the summer. The City will stay tuned to what the schools decide on schedules, if they need to extend into June. At this time the official dates for registration are T.B.D.

Q: Is the dog park open at Candy Cane Park?

A: No, the dog park is closed until June 1 to allow for newly seeded grass to grow within the park.
