Some residents may have received a Utility Billing Payment Reminder email regarding their City of Dyersville Account. This is a legitimate email and is part of a new online utility account viewing option and online payment option for city fees. Residents can pay their utility bill directly from the email or from Municipal Online Payments website. If a resident chooses to create an online account, they have the ability to view their current balance, previous bill and payment history and consumption history. The resident can also opt in or out of receiving notifications regarding new or past due balances and payments. Residents can also set up automatic payments with their credit cards. This site does not replace the paper bill received in the mail. Nor is it mandatory that you pay online or create an account. This is just an option for those that want to use this service. Please note that all credit cards payments (in house or online) will be charged a 2.35% processing fee and $1.25 transaction fee.
