Construction on the 1st Avenue West bridge over Bear Creek will begin September 13 and is expected to be completed by the end of November. 1st Avenue West will be reduced to one lane of traffic for the duration of the project. However, traffic in both directions will be allowed to alternately move across the bridge 24 hours/day using a traffic signal.
